Cancellations

a) Cancellation requests can be initiated before the document download process begins.

b) Once a document is successfully downloaded, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds

a) Refunds are processed only if a technical issue prevents the delivery of purchased documents.

b) Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction.

Refund Process

a) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 12 working days.

Exceptions

a) Refunds are not applicable for incorrect input of details by the user.

b) In cases of misuse or violation of terms, refunds will not be processed.
